FREE Postage and Handling

We use Australia Post to deliver your water filter replacement cartridges. Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will send your order using Express Post from Australia Post. The postage of your item is guarenteed. You will not be charged for items that get 'lost in transit'. We guarentee the receipt of your items.

For items too bulky for Australia Post, we use Allied Express. This service is no extra charge for all customers residing in and around Australia's capital cities. For delivery to rural locations, a small fee may be charged. You will be notified if your 'bulky item' incurs a once only shipping fee. Please note that all replacement cartridges are shipped free to all areas in Australia. It is only bulky items (too big for Australia Post) that are shipped to rural locations that may incur an additional fee.
